Sharon is the Founder and Owner of Leigh Kenny.

She was born and privately educated in Kwa-Zulu-Natal, South Africa before moving to the United Kingdom in 2006 where she gained extensive experience whilst working for a dynamic domestic staff placement agency situated in High Street Kensington, placing high calibre candidates with high net worth clients and celebrities.

She has a large following and an excellent track record in the recruitment and placement of top quality candidates, her reputation being built on her experience in understanding the value of providing a discreet, professional service with a natural and sympathetic understanding of her clients' requirements.

She is passionate about the welfare of animals and she funds charities such as the RSPCA and Save the Rhino.
